Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, I offer a free initial consultation so we can discuss your needs, answer your questions, and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, discuss your goals, and answer any questions you have. There’s not pressure – It’s simply a conversation to begin building a comfortable, supportive relationship.

Many clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust over time based on their goals and progress.
